Amazon is doing the best they can and putting all the money they can afford to spend on the best servers to make sure everyone can play day 1. This isn't a triple A gaming studio, maybe with more micro transactions they can afford more servers but until then give them a break.

For a "New MMO" the Gameplay feels worse as the old F2P MMOs from 2006 Like Flyff.
