I did but noticed their shop is down so the other rewards won't be coming yet since they sit in that storage chest inn the shop if i remember correctly. It has been a week of constant grinding in EA lol

I have buy the bronze pack, I left 240 lucent and plus 250 I got today but when I get in to the game is noting there 0 lucent.

It's always discord.... if you don't like discord and like 1 to 1 interaction you can send a support ticket for this exact issue on their website. I miss the days you can send a support ticket to GMs in game.
