It did not work for me as well, I tried everything from copying the link from qr code to pc and taking a picture in 1:1 ratio, nothing worked, then I thought try another cellphone and it worked perfectly with QR code, both phones are android, so thats not the problem, the new phone might have a better camera, so maybe thats the issue. So if you see the xcreen where you apply your picture then try another phone.

Its being overburdened.. an buggy.. I had small issues yesterday with it. Some pictures it would take.. others it would come up with a 404.. or 403.. error blank screen when you tried to ' apply ' it.. If you hammer at it long enough or use another picture.. Adventually it will work..
