1) Install Proton Easy Anti Cheat runtime, under tools.
2) Configure PEAC to have launch command of "install 58dec5a58e8f4ce6beca223311f65b4c"
3) Install Proton Experimental.
4) Configure Throne and Liberty to use Proton Experimental under compatibility.
5) Configure Proton Experimental to use beta program - Bleeding Edge.
Doing this, I finally got past that dumb spinning triangle circle. Took 12 hours because there's no error popups, no messages, nothing at all to give a hint as to what the issue was.

Try this it worked for me. Launch the game in lower graphics from a game launcher like geforce experience. I changed it from ultra to high graphics and it works perfectly after i did that. Like if it works!
Im using w11, and i have it. And i only have home edition. So you must have it to, otherwise some proggi might have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up ur system.
