ISSUE: Game won't start. Help.

Hello,

I installed the game.

I start the game. The game displays the company logos and the game stays/hangs with black screen doing nothing.

Any one faced this issue?

I solved this issue finally. Spent the entire day reading crash logs, tinkering, reading guides online. Not sure what one step is the fix but here is what I did that resolved this issue.

1) Install Proton Easy Anti Cheat runtime, under tools.
2) Configure PEAC to have launch command of "install 58dec5a58e8f4ce6beca223311f65b4c"
3) Install Proton Experimental.
4) Configure Throne and Liberty to use Proton Experimental under compatibility.
5) Configure Proton Experimental to use beta program - Bleeding Edge.

Doing this, I finally got past that dumb spinning triangle circle. Took 12 hours because there's no error popups, no messages, nothing at all to give a hint as to what the issue was.

Had this issue earlier, found out I needed to delete the leftover Beta files in the Appdata folder. There should be a folder in the "Users/Username/Appdata/Local" called TL, delete the folder, hopefully that fixes the issue for you guys.

Here it opens but it stays on a screen with the name of the game on a black background and in the lower right corner a spinning symbol like eternal loading, has anyone experienced this and managed to resolve it?

Aqui ele abre porem fica em uma tela com o nome do jogo fundo preto e no canto inferior direito um símbolo girando tipo carregando eterno, alguem já passou por isso e conseguiu resolver?

Try this it worked for me. Launch the game in lower graphics from a game launcher like geforce experience. I changed it from ultra to high graphics and it works perfectly after i did that. Like if it works!

Go to Steam\steamapps\common\Throne and Liberty\TL\Binaries\Win64 and find TL.exe press right mouse button go to properties/Compatibility and select Disable full screen optimizations.Should help

Im using w11, and i have it. And i only have home edition. So you must have it to, otherwise some proggi might have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up ur system.
