You have a pretty decent gpu, why do you even want to use it?
You should easly be able to keep 100+ even in bad situations, but its possible that you enabled fsr or xess for some unknown reasons which locks dlss

I have turned off HDR and I have dlss on quality, still can't enable frame gen. The same thing happened in korean version.
I know 4070 super is enough for this game but I don't know how this game will work in mass pvp so I want this option (frame gen) to work properly

Because your gpu will use less power or you can get higher frame rates if you have the refresh rate for it.
If you can do 60fps fine without it, and you limit the fps to 60, the game will be running in reality 30fps with framegen on, or 60fps if you limit to 120fps, depends on the game though in some games framegen fps limit considers the actual fps instead of the total fps so the limit works differently, but that has been only with amd fsr framegen.

I personally cant use it. I can feel the input lag for pretty much any implementation i've tried. But to each their own obviously.

I have enabled it so it's not this. Maybe I should uncheck this, restart computer and check it again
I have HAGS enabled, (even disabled, restarted, enabled, restarted), still can't enable frame gen on RTX 4060.

For me it worked right away but I had other problems like costume resolutions not properly applying and different DLSS settings only working when going from full to window to full.

So for me at the moment it's the default to restart the game when I want to change settings.

Ok so I found a solution that worked for me. I had HDR in game greyed out but it was enabled somehow so I enabled HDR in windows, than I logged in to game and deactivate HDR in options. Now frame gen is working:steamhappy:

You have to have dx12 enabled in the Quality settings. I turned it on and restarted my game and it fixed this problem at least for me.
Close a Game > NVidia GeForce Experience > Go to Tab With Games Selection > Select Throne and Liberty > Click Optimize .
Now when you go to the Settings in the game the Frame Generiations will be ON :)
