Switching to full screen instead of borderless helped but it's still too long to load anything. I've died during the 'seamless' loading between areas where I needed to press F to hook or be morphed and flying, but the game loads and can't accept my input.
When I load into a dungeon it takes so long for everything to appear that everyone else is usually a few pull in already.
If I try to move around while it's loading, I can, but then I get massive desync and sometimes it takes longer to load, so now I just stand still.
Tried lowering my character count and view distance, it lowered memory usage by 5-7% on average, but now the game takes longer to load. It's like it has to load them in, and then hide them, or something, instead of just not loading them.
Barely see the splash screen.
I've noticed that if i click play then switch window like pull up web browser or whatnot the game just refuses to start.. like at all.
So just click play then hands off keyboard until the game starts.
But as i said in the above reply, once i see the splash screen it starts right away.
I just have to not do anything until the splash screen actually comes up
Thanks. So hands off till everything loads , will give it a try.
Bro,
You were right. I had the same issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled in SSD and it is running great now. Many thanks!
