There is no dedicated server for any language, this is just a list of where certain guilds/communities are planning to go. So unless an English speaking community decides on a server AND mentions it, they won't be added to this list.

There are a lot of Hungarians on Penance as well~ Several guilds, and the usual autistic, racist and political screeching as well. Hungarians who don't like seeing that should avoid the server.

You can transfer on any server just try to do this NOT in prime time. Servers are not locked all the time just when a lot of people on them. I am on Starfall and pretty happy after Benny, perhaps there is a better server but i dont care. They will merge them anyway...
