Same thing happens all the time in WoW Classic.
After the changes to TNL there is a broad spectrum of target audience. I mean they are expanding life skills and adding housing in KR. Is that for a PvP community? Or a casual one? Who knows.
This target audience crap you people keep spewing is just copium because you didnt get the full range world PvP you wanted where you step out of town and die to people camping the exits.
