rare enchanted ink

how do i get this rare ink ?

the normal one is easily found but rare seems like a bug xD

theres post on reddit from some month ago talking about the same issue happening after some patch

the ink available in the shop for ornate coins is just enchanted ink - not rare enchanted ink

No one can find the blue Ink. Its required for blue Lythos.. Its completely stopped my progression.. i'm 50 and still rocking mostly Greens.. You cant make blue weapons or gear without it! this is absurd!

This should be a priority. Affecting players gameplay. Still happening now.

How can they sell extracted items in auction house. if the BLUE Ink doesn't exist
