All on Epic settings, motion blur off, frame gen on. Latest Nvidia drivers.
Run at 1440p with a 4080s + I9 14900kf, 32gb ram. Does the Nvidia app have your settings as 'recommended'?
Latest UE5 is crazy good but this doesn`t seem to run very well aswell on my 5950x 3080ti
1440p high setting but with shadows and vegetation stuff on low.
The game was made to run on internet cafe pc's in asia and is well optimized.
The recommended graka is even older then mine.
Really need the rest of the specs to tell.
A CPU hands over frames to a GPU to render. If the CPU can't generate them fast enough the GPU will be underutilised.
If you're fe running a ryzen 2600 with an rtx 4080 that's a pretty heavily unbalanced setup. In these types of setups DLSS generally also doesn't do much, neither does increasing/decreasing graphical settings.
So try reducing some settings, specifically having to do with player counts, as those are pretty exclusively CPU limited. There might be others CPU heavy.
Its a free game.
I get x2 up to x4 more frames from it at the cost of some wonky "mouse movement" sometimes.
my settings with lossless caling:
Scaling mode Auto > Aspect ratio
Scaling Type Nvidia Image Scaling 2
Frame Generation LSFG 2.3 - Mode X2 - Performance ON
Rendering Draw FPS ON
Legacy - windowed mode ON
A tip is to look at a video or two on youtube on how well this program makes games run!
It was paid early access.
