DO NOT SUPPORT - Banned from their official discord for requesting compensation

So with how utterly PATHETIC this launch has gone, a lot of people in their discord have started requesting compensation.

I am one of the people who immediately got banned from their discord, so now I can't even see any updates or news on what the absolute hell is going on.

Let me confirm, I got banned for REQUESTING either compensation OR a refund. I didn't swear, I didn't put blame on anyone, I did nothing except request a refund because of my frustrations at being a paying customer.

So they won't allow refunds because of their TERRIBLE SCUMMY and downright PREDATORY clause in theirs T&C's because of "consumable items" and if you breach the subject, you get banned from their official server.


This is easily going down as the worst launch of an MMO in history. And I've been playing them since 2002.

I've been watching players on stream having no problems at all. I've never seen anyone have one problem.

Because they pool their resources to their stream partners to ensure they still keep some semblance of face. Unfortunately, very common nowadays.

I got banned from the discord also for putting forwards supporting evidence that showed we should have had OCE servers....

Their moderators are a joke. The cancel culture is real there.

Seems their discord mods have gone rogue. Similar happened to me but for supporting someone else asking for transparency as to when their servers will be back and running again instead of us having to go in and check every 5min... apalling.
