Potential Concerns?
I heard there was a P2W aspect in the game, some sort of feature you can just toss money at but I lack any details. Can anyone who has been playing / is playing shed some light on this?

Also how's the PvP for those who have tried? I know this MMO won't be as popular as the others given its pvp focus but I like that sort of stuff how is it going so far?

Arch weapons (best weapon ingame, two or threeshot everyone in pvp) cost arround
300$ to 1700$ in korea

but that is 1 year after launch and with lower pricing for lucent (ingame currency(

expect top weapons to cost 1000-5000$ in our version

PvP is a numbers game, you either bring more players or better gear

So there's these bosses that everyone tries to kill. But only the top guild contribution gets the reward. And it goes to the guild bank. So you have to be part of the top guild attending the fight to even have a chance at getting the uber weapon. And even if you do somehow get the contribution required, which you'll only do if the rest of your guild members are also there, the item still becomes property of your guild and will be distributed by your guild leader.

Essentially, it's a competitive whale-a-thon where you have to compete by throwing money at the game until you're stronger than everyone else as a guild. Then you can get free loot all the time which you can sell on the auction house for the equivalent of money. Everyone else? Well, they just have to spend money. Or farm crappy loot enough until they can afford your overpriced stuff.

So ya. A lot of Korean games work this way. It's kind of awful.

im concerned the game is p2w and will end up like la and nw. this is garbage

The game is fully Pay 2 Win.

You can buy the best gear of the game in the AH for 5000$.

You cannot loot it because you wont be inside the only guild that will be able to loot it in the server.

The game is PvP focused, all end game content is PvP focused

la isn't p2w. whales can buy gems with real money to enhance their gear but it doesn't give them any edge over other players. they still need to be good enough players to do the content and they'll just be people with the best gear that can't do mechs. maybe in that they can buy gear that has good engravings but it's not a huge edge.

You can buy gems to enhance gear to make it more powerful but having more powerful gear doesn't give you an edge over other players? How does that work? Wouldn't you be able to make yourself more pwerful in pvp buying gems?

Archeboss weapons are literally the same as other weapons, there is almost no difference between them and a normal weapon besides different stats and passive, but they aren't even more powerful, you can just use the builder website and look for Bellandir/Tevent/Deluzhnoa, with Deluzhnoa being the newest ones. Only difference is now they can be +12 even though they are tier 1, but all T2 can be anyways and it's only a recent change.

Yeah i heard they've made changes to pretty much do away with that aspect. Future changes may just outright remove some of these mechanics.
