Character creation blocked on certain servers

Will the restriction of characters per server be removed? I would like to be able to play on a certain server but I can't create a character on it. Do you know if this has been unlocked? Or is it going to be blocked forever?

Population Caps
THRONE AND LIBERTY Early Access and Full Launch Servers will have a maximum capacity of characters who can enter the server at any given time to help ensure stability. As a result, servers with a high population will likely have queues at launch. To mitigate queues, we will lock high population servers from allowing new characters to be created. All existing characters can continue to log-in. We will announce when character creation locks are being implemented on high population servers, and when they will be unlocked. If a server that has been unlocked reaches the population cap again, it will be re-locked. We hope that you are able to use the free server transfers to find the optimal server to call home for you and your community.

So is not instant... Maybe is blocked for 3 days? I have all the friends there... :S

Im trying it for more than 2 h and nothing... Now is not locked but when I try to go in, this appear....

Same. Ember shows not as locked but i get that message not to be able to create a char. All other servers i wanted to join are already locked.

If AGS behaves here in the same way they did on NW back then, check again in a few weeks.
