if you realy dont have ANY lucent or items in SHOP ...
Activate STEAM OVERLAY !!

You won't see the items in your inventory/storage nor be able to select them when you first log in. I forgot how I did this...but there was an option that looked like mail...and it had the items listed in a column and I had to click a "claim all" button. After that the items appeared when you click their appropriate buttons. Sorry for being so vague...I'm new too.

I'll try again tomorrow, probably the servers will have some problems, I don't have anything in the store either, ultimate edition and I have nothing

I got the standard edition which should have the shadow lion and the swimming and gliding mounts at least but i got nothing in shop storage or anywhere else.

put on the steam overlay and reboot the game, it's work, I solved it

UPDATE: my early access items showed up in the shop storage after i enabled the steam overlay like somebody suggested in another post.

Someone said this in another post "*Found the items. Hit escape and bottom right squares there's a storage chest with the items. Right under the coupon icon."

press ESC, Click on shop. Then u see in the top right corner something called storage chest, cllick on it and then u can collect ur stuff

enabling steam overlay did nothing for me, need to wait 6 hours to try again, hoping this update fixes the issue.
