Missing Deluxe Items?

Bought the Deluxe pack and the cosmetics are all locked but I see tons of people with them. Is their a way to redeem it or is it bugged?

*Found the items. Hit escape and bottom right squares there's a storage chest with the items. Right under the coupon icon.

Go to shop, the Storage Chest at the top right and you can collect them there.

Is empty for me.

Guys i think i found it ! Go to chracter info menu (P). After that click 'show equipped items' button under the items list menu on the right. Then we can see them. Oh god. You are welcome guys !!! have fun

I've been trying to get assistance from their support and got no help at all.

But thanks to @Ryudo here, reenabling steam overlay in Steam settings and rebooting allowed the Twitch Drops and purchased DLC Celebration pack to show up in my Storage Chest. Thanks!
