DLC Items not received?

I paid the $99 for the ultimate version of the game but upon loading the game up for early access, completing the tutorial, and looking in the shop's storage where they should be, I have not received a single DLC item in the game nor the Lucent. Steam lists that I have all the DLC purchases, and I have the receipt and payment statements to verify the version I paid for. Has this happened to anyone else? I am seeing many people with the dlc items in game, but am not sure why I cannot access them. When I went to support on steam, I was directed to the Throne and Liberty support, however the throne and liberty website has no true support, their support page just shows server status. Is this happening to anyone else?

I was told that if you click shop and go to the storage area of the shop, that is where the DLC items show up, but they are not there for me, so wanted to see if I was the only one with the issue cause i'm getting irritated aha

"Once you complete the tutorial and reach Kastleton, you will be able to access, via the menu, the mirror boutique, morph, and amitoi customization settings."

My bad, I didn't see that in your post so made the mistake of assuming you had just entered the game and tried to get them. Sorry this didn't help than. Good luck.

Maybe try looking for side quests they are using to teach you about those items? Maybe they made the mistake of making quests/tutorials about them.
