Crashing on shader creation with a 4090 out of memory.?

WTf..? cant get out of this loop of loading and crashing on shader creation. Crashes with a pop up, "out of gpu memory blah blah", all with a damned 4090. Im a little annoyed..

Known issue with higher end 13th and 14th gen Intel CPUs. Incorrect voltages were being supplied causing instability and potentially permanent damage to the CPU.

If you haven't already, update your BIOS and revert to default BIOS settings. If you're still seeing this issue then it's likely that your CPU is damaged and will need to be RMA'd

lol using 95% of my memory out of the gate. I think I'll wait till i have a better computer lol.

I am reinstalling the game so I can get back the the part when you choose the graphics quality. I was recommended epic as I have a 4090. This time I will choose low settings just to see if I can get the game to compile the shaders and let me play.!

Lol okay, just ignore that this is a serious issue affecting all higher end 13th and 14th gen CPUs not running on the latest microcode update from Intel and that Intel has acknowledged the issue, extended warranties, and is accepting RMAs for permanently damaged CPUs. This is exactly how this issue started to manifest for other users...
