Because it really isn't released yet.
The Early Access window is 26-30th, which is tomorrow.

The videos you are seeing if you are seeing anything new are for content creators and events they have going on currently. Soooon....

And this of course is just for pre-load, so you don't have to install it when it launches at the same time, no waiting period to play when it unlocks tomorrow :)
