Oceanic, Australian and NZ players go to server "Resolution"

Oceanic / English players are transferring to server "Resolution" many guilds have already moved if you are in a English guild let your leaders know (current Event allows for free server transfers until the 17th)

There is no point in buying the game in early access because new servers will open on October 2nd.

At full launch on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 3:00 AM, two new AP Northeast servers will open up: • Salvation • Alexia

I haven’t seen any Oceanic players mention which server they will be on, so let’s plan to join Alexia. This will make it easier to play with English speakers from the same region.

As NZ player I would rather go NA west, 50ms lower ping, and English speaking community.

More likely will just skip though, I can live with some p2w, but no OCE servers in pvp focused mmo on top..

the time zone that events happen in the server is more important then 50ms lower ping

most of the Oceanic players who are getting the early access are going to "Stormbringer"

Daish as much as I loved smashing your face in Aion.....I fear that the AP servers will be worse then US West for us here.....

Why they havent released SEA servers is beyond me and no one has posted anything from the official discord to state if they have even addressed it.

Aion was unplayable for me i had a line of sight wireless internet connection at the time all ADSL lines were full in my area

the bad connection did not just cause me to lag but constantly D/C

no SEA servers is mainly because our players are to stupid to understand how important a low ping is and wont waste their time pushing for servers in this region

that combined with idiots thinking it costs so much more money to host servers here only the game servers need to be hosted in our region not Media/Patch/Client/Communication you know the stuff that takes up the VAST majority of bandwidth

i'm in w.a and i have over 300 ping which is fine for questing but pvp you might aswell be blind folded

if the game grows they will probably let players from the Japan/Oceanic server transfer to servers closer to us but that might not be allowed for NA servers

a Singaporean server would solve the issue for australians, around 100 ping is viable for 90+% of players only the super hardcore will care for less

hopefully the game grows if that happens they will give us a real Oceanic server instead of just putting the Oceanic tag next to japan

Tried the EA access Japan servers, they where horrible, and barely an ounce of English spoken. Moved to a NA WEST server and was a better connection, ping still sucks and you have to predict blocks etc but until NCSOFT wakes up and puts a server down here we are $%^&*# over. This game couldve been a big success down here, like wildstar but NCSOFT is only concerned with the cash grab.
