It all depends on your play style. I'm Wand Longbow with gear that support cool down for all the heals. People can't DPS if they're dead.

You don't really need meta for pve. That said, sns wand for tanking, xbow dagger for dps and staff wand for healer are the "optimal" setups.

Greatswords are almost useless in GvG battles, you are getting wrecked in arena only. Actual meta is having lots of wands and tanks. Stacking shield bubbles keeps the zerg alive and the more sleep bombers the better. Wands can also remove sleep bombs, keep themselves alive easily, and Shields are notoriously tanky even for multiple people focus firing. The top killers on servers are Staff and Bow, especially in combination. Look at your Kill ranking board.

its funny to read people mentioning their funny number as a form of authority. You can be 3.6k cp with the cheapest traits and purples buddy, that doesn't mean jack
