Gold celebration pack purchase not delivered after 48 hrs

Just want to caution you all about the situation. Made the purchase and they only delivered lucent, no bonus content. Sent support and they just ask you to wait for 48 hrs and still nothing.

For a big company like amazon, this seems just irresponsible.

check the manage wheel all the way on the right side of the game play button
see if you have steam overlay enabled if not enable it.

i am sure you checked in-game on the store page the storage section so this is all i can think of and this worked for me.

I did check everything as amazon cs told me too, including the storage from the F11 menu, steam overlays.

I am apparently not the only one with this problem, many on reddit also ran into this with no solutions from the support.

Just something people may need to be aware of when making purchases.

I really wish I saw this when I made my purchase, I'm having the same issue I paid for it and got none of it yet. I've been emailing CS for 3 weeks now and repeatedly sending the same screenshots they request for the 3rd time now. I cant even get a refund for a product I paid for but never received because of in game items lol
