I cant buy lucent in game

Im trying to buy lucent in game ,but when I click in purchase, i got a box with:

Upon successful payment, the item will be purchased immediately.
Steam overlay is deactive. check 'DefaultPlatformService' in
'DefaultEngine.ini'(1,024)

The same thing happens to me and I have already bought other times and that didn't work out for me. I can't buy and I don't know how to fix that.

is your steam overlay disabled? steam needs to open the overlay to make a purchase since it's through steam

Find the game in your library and select "Properties..."
Check the box for ``Enable Steam Overlay while gaming'' under the ``General'' tab.
