Can't login the game

My problem is I cant enter the game. I'm always stuck in character selection area and it keeps loading for minutes. This happened right after the patch.

The game will work when I turn off my firewall, which I dont want to do either. The problem lies with the anti-cheat engine that they are using.

Added the executable file in firewall exclusion/whitelist but still does not solve the problem.

keeps crashing out of the game without a chance to enter for at least 5 minutes, exactly when the event began, personally I tried to play actively from the very beginning and as a result, I just can't try to go through the event dungeon at least once all these 3 days, I believe that the developers should somehow compensate for the inconvenience caused, the problem is clearly on their side, This can be seen in the number of such appeals. What's surprising is that everything works on Twitch

When you are unable to enter the game and find yourself stuck in the character screen.

Launch the game
Do not enter the game yet
Select setting - Top right corner
Select Graphics
Change Resolution scale to 20-30%
Press Enter and Select your character

Thanks, it worked for me. I also disabled AMd FSR2, after entering the game. Now I do not know what helps, just opening the menu or changing some graphic setting.
