Secret dungeon fire goblin untargetable and can't attack

This boss is like floor 6 and after he does this scripted area attack when you need to get on the pillars by your hook I can't seem to lock or target this boss anymore. Wouldn't be such an issue if this didn't make me unable to attack as well (can still apply poison to daggers but that's it) and it keeps happening every instance. Now I'm stuck on this stupid floor I already am 10 levels ahead by now.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
