do you really think that people have nothing better to do than banning players/customers? they would make losses and no company wants that. Unless the customers' behavior is harmful, such as using bots, hacks or buying gold for real money

I think you have something like 11 years old. Real people work, have girlfriend / boyfriend, family and also play. When you log in into your account and see you got banned for absolutelly nothing it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sad.

I have not used bots and I am not banned. Therefore, I cannot imagine that they ban innocent players, as it does not apply to my experience. And people who use bots, would never say that they had done something forbidden, like criminals

AGS has a track history of being a bit too wide on their banwaves and getting players along. Lost ark had this, new world had this. This isn't new for anyone seasoned with their games and its always foolish to assume that either side is 100% right.

What the hell? After finishing the dungeon and going offline, I woke up and my account was banned from logging in.

They did the same in Lost Ark as well banned innocent players but unbanned them later eventually for those that truly didn't do anything i would assume

i doupt alot of ppl whould get unjustified bans.
maybe a few but not as many as claiming it atm.

they 100% must use some macros or other stuff interfering with the anti cheat.

I'll give you my two cents.

I was in the closed beta of WoW, I was at the launch of Priston Tale... I was at the launch of Diablo 1 and I lost my original copy more than 20 years ago.

So my copy of Diablo must be older than you, at least 15 years...

It was more than 30 hours thrown in the trash, from a person with many real life issues to resolve.

Those 30 hours of f2p MMO, cost me a lot of money and quality time with my family, because I could have been resting or working.

And yes, I was unfairly banned and I intend to never go back to Amazon games again.

And that was my first ban in all the games I've played in my entire life. And I was an intense player of CS and all BF and COD.

They are stupid, you are overestimating them.

real botters are not on the foruns complaining, its a free to play game my brother, go into low level dungeons and theres groups of bots already leveling up.

botters are still botting rn on new accounts, most of the ppl complaining on the forums are the ones who spent time in the game and got banned for no reason, a proof that your post is stupd is that ppl area already getting unbanned, they really made a huge mistake, just like they did in KR once, baning innocent ppl alongside bots.

We literally have so many precedents of pvpers' massive abuse of the automated report system and of AGS banning people for unfair reasons in New World, and of AGS's ban waves affecting non-cheaters/botters in Lost Ark.
It's not far fetched to think that legit players got banned from the game and their in-game purchases.
