Amazon abuses account ban. I am a new player and played 3 times for 2 hours.

I've never played this game before. The first time I entered this game, I only played it for 20 minutes, the second time it was only a few dozen minutes, and the third time it took about an hour. The level is less than 10. I logged in again today and received a ban notice. I find it very ridiculous that Amazon is abusing its power to ban accounts. I have not used any cheating software. Really ridiculous.

As a 7-year veteran of Steam, I can tell you that this game is like dog excrement!

je joue depuis le deuxième jour mais aujourd'hui j'ai eu un message me disant que j'étais bannie définitivement à cause d'une utilisation de bot, j'ai bien entendu contesté, mais ça fait deux fois que ça arrive, c'était déjà arrivé sur Lost Ark alors que ça faisait deux mois que je ne jouais pas ... Leur Easy Anticheat c'est vraiment de la mer*e, déjà qu'on se tape plus de message d'erreur qu'autre chose avec ce truc mais en plus il fait n'importe quoi !

Sounds like the the Bans I got not what I said but This was said and Banned for Life from the moderators in Destinty 2 and Borderlands 3 and even Lost Ark another Amazon game. Destiny 2 the Statement I said was God will take care of this and was Twisted to say I threatened a Moderator with Death, where does it even say that, borederlands 3 for still don't know, Lost ark another unknown

I just tried to log in to my account and found that it has been unblocked. Because I have never used any robots or cheating tools.
