I doubt there were bans on accident.
dont bot
theres ppl who got banned creating their first character, how does that make sense?
i never rmt nor used any 3rd party program and i got banned alongside with other guildies.
This is not true, plus I was playing on GeForce Now and with a Joystick.
Which means the bot detection software is really broken and giving false positives.
For sure I am not going to start a new account as indeed I am a real player.
Atleast now you dont have to play such a pos game
You do know, on Lost Ark Amazon banned not hundreds, but several thousand of legit players during the purge of the bots?
On the opposite, this is very likely to happen with them, as they use very crazy methods to ban "bots".
On lost ark they banned everyone with 300+ hours played in the first month, thinking no human can play that amount in 30 days. Reality is there are players that play 10+ hours per day.
AGS has wrongfully banned a lot of players while tweaking lost ark bot flags. These people were unbanned days later but it required them to send an appeal. This could very well be the case here.
I won't say that they are outright innocent, but history shows that the publisher/developer shouldn't be taken as innocent right away
