I apparently got banned

I've played like a sick for 2 weeks and reached 2500gs without cashing. Today morning I needed to download VirtualBox to study for my faculty and now at nigth i've tryied to login at the game and realised I got banned. I started to question myself why and I reached that conclusion, probably i've got banned because the game found a virtual michine with Linux Ubunto on my PC. What should I do?

Nope I have virtual boxes installed and even other software, from click bots and other things I use for work, never used it in a game, but had them open working on browsers and other things in the background and i never got any issues..I guess you just got super unlucky..like many others, welcome to global releases..
Mr. K24KSdiw22 will not get banned but you with a normal name and normal play style will..it's just mental.

I don't have anything on my PC other than a bunch of games and got banned too. My character is level 15 and anything but good. Will see what the objection will bring.

Well, I already opened a ticket, so I'll wait. For those of you crying that an anti-cheat can't scan your computer for suspicious files even if they are not running in the background, I guess you are new to online games, most of them do this. I just dont think they could ban someone just for having a hypervisor instaled. That or im just unlucky like @Lugh said

Yeah ignore the schizos. Clearly there were a lot of false positives and they should revert those with time. make sure to appeal again even if they decline, with time and more people opening tickets about their wrongful bans they'll be more linient and look into each report with more care.

Tbh is pretty funny but I got banned too for "Botting Behavior" and I ♥♥♥♥ you not, I play casually when I can and grinded to 2,700GS without using real money and come back after 3 days of working my ass off to this ban.. PERMANENT ban lmao but its alr I guess Ill appeal it and receive an automated response from Amazon..
