Keep crashing with this error
I don't understand how to fix this. I tried to look up how to and nothing works. This error happens randomly. 10, 20 30 minutes to an hour or more and still crashing. My other games dont crash like this idk if its an unreal engine issue or a game issue

specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 7700X
GPU: RTX 4070
Mobo: Asus PRIME B650M-A AX
RAM: DDR5 Teamgroup T-Create Expert 32GB 6000mhz

-Validated files in steam
-did /sfcscan
-reinstalled gpu drivers
-reinstalled windows
-did windows memory diagnostics for ram (and it passed)
-made game run on admin
-uninstall and reinstall gpu from mobo
-uninstalled and reinstalled game
-lowered graphics (which shouldnt even cause this since my hardware is fairly new)
-ran on DX11 and disable DX12 (I reverted cause the game looked horrible on my PC DX11 and still didnt fix regardless)

Fatal error!

Update your Bios if that does not fix it then your CPU is most likely over heating!

So I updated bios and didn’t work but the issue was actually my PC hardware itself. My pc crashed and checked event viewer and got Event 41 Kernel Power. After research I assumed it was my psu cable extensions so I removed them because I’m sure my psu isn’t bad being only a year old. I also switched the ram slots just to make sure it wasn’t my ram just as a precaution (stick 1: A2 to B2, stick 2: B2 to A2). After testing OCCT.exe on normal and extreme no errors occurred. Before, errors would show up 1-5 minutes into a 15 minute test. I have not experienced any crashes so far but will try to keep updated if the issue persists. I’ve had these extensions for a year and hopefully that was the cause of my crashing problems otherwise I may have to test and RMA parts. Although solution may not be game related hope someone runs into this post to try and troubleshoot some PC issues they experience with errors like this.

If you are getting Event 41 Kernel Power then your PSU is mostly likely dying!

A developer/programmer told me that it has nothing to do with our end. They broke something in the game and just need to fix it.

Regardless what we do, it is in the game. That's why we'll crash regardless.

There's memory leak and they are having trouble fixing it because all they worry so much is deadline for the Castle Siege content.

They should just postpone Castle Siege and other milestone, Fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ memory leak.

It wasn’t my PSU it was the cheap cable extensions I bought for aesthetic purpose. I have not been crashing ever since.
