Whatever game you play. Its always your team mates fault.
If you care about your rating, you should only random in if you're currently under-rated or you're confident you can carry. If not, it kinda sucks but its the same everywhere. If you are not the difference, expect to lose.
I have never seen matchmaking that bad, did you see the screen shot?
its a MMO not a small team based game
MMO are small team based game, the literal party cap is 6. The game is meant to be played small scale. It has a lot of balancing to do or it will die out in the competitive area which will lead to the game dying off.
