I am not sure if there revenue model for the game is solid. I know about 15 or so of my friends had an awesome time in the game for about the first two weeks, now there dropping like flies. From my 50+ guild members there are many times, most of the time actually, that I am the only one logged in.

Its too time consuming to do stuff that you would think would be easy like sell\buy stuff on the Auction house because you need to do extra steps to accomplish that like extract traits or extract the item with materials that is just to hard or time consuming to get.

Coins, coins for dungeon loot whether it be for drops in open dungeons or just the chest at the end of the dungeon is complete garbage and not needed what-so-ever.

Coins for contracts, same as above, not needed. If people want to grind for 10 hours a day in a dungeon\contracts let them, there is no need to limit the activity of players with these ridiculous coins.

Cosmetics, bag space, bank space is where the real money could be made. I have no problems going into games and spending $10-15 on bag/bank space or $5 here and there for either a cool cosmetic for my morph or gear.

Anyway, thats my opinion and well everyone know what that is.

Unsurprising honestly. Game had already failed there but what the article does not mention is players on console. I assume that there was not significant interest there?? Maybe console picked NW over this? Either way the news is expected.

Who could've possibly guessed that a gear focused MMO with abysmal drop rates present exclusively to force players engagement or to force players to swipe their credit cards on the real money auction house, and with forced PvP for specific activities to boot, would fail to meet expectations?
It's not like we had many examples of the same thing happening before.

I expected this the moment the game was announced.

It's a statement of fact. Several sites are reporting the job losses. NCSoft haven't had a great track record lately but T&L has probably been their biggest for a long time. Let's hope they find a way

They working on a singple player story oriented game to.

Project LLL i dont know whats the new name of it but its a looter shooter.

Project East duno what type of gam,e but got connected to the same planet and time line just TL the only difference is its on the western part of the planet and eastern thematic. The TL lore and that one got connected same with history like certain race migrated there after the big war because of human's racist behavior.

Ohh and got one more game whats look cute duno of the name that one.

So TL not the only biggest product what they got just this come it out first and some of the other project probably come out in 1-2 year.

game offers nothing new with the same old like unbalanced classes,p2w and bots. alot ppl came just to try it, they saw that they stepped in a pile of ♥♥♥♥ for the 8467358349678 time, they cleaned themselves and left. until new mmo comes with the same problems offering nothing.
