Hit Chance vs Evasion are Broken ?
I Think everything are in the title. but i have 1200 hit chance and i still miss 75% of the time on some people ... hard hit chance cap are 1300 ? and alots of my friend have 20000 / 2400 of melee evasion ... Maybe its because i need more perception ? Or Evasion build are really broken ?

Welcome to your first KMMO. koreans whales love when they are catered to. thats why evasion is so powerful so that whale can feel special when they swipe with their moms credit card and yes theres no immunity to CC. The swiping whale? he will stunlock you until death.

Welcome to your first KMMO. koreans whales love when they are catered to. thats why evasion is so powerful so that whale can feel special when they swipe with their moms credit card and yes theres no immunity to CC. The swiping whale? he will stunlock you until death.

Yee dont have diminishing againts cc but you still can build up ressist againts cc's.

Yep, been constantly bind, stunned, etc. for 5+ seconds at a time while anything i use lasts barely 2 seconds for some reason.

Throne and liberty is built upon the rock paper scissors foundations. Which means that, you are able to effectively build against one (and even two) types of attacks and then the third one will be your weakness. What you are experiencing is having your attack type being countered, the game design hopes that another player of a different attack type will be there to neutralize your friend. Its definitely not made for solos, and not only skill based.

the fundamental problem is that theres way more evasion stat than hit chance. getting evasion is also way easier and you get free evasion with dagger masteries. system is just broken and made on purpose so the swiping whale can act out his power fantasy after dumping his moms monthly pay check.

there shouldnt be any kind of rng evasion stat in any pvp MMO whatsoever thats what am trying to say. even if there has to be it should be limited to a thief class/daggers only and even then the max they should evade is maybe 20% with a passive.

I see what you mean now. I guess its the standard for other games, but i'd say that would just kill one aspect in exchange of nothing. As it is right now, removing evasion stat entirely and adding it only for rogues at such a small percentage would make battles significantly faster, and more of a "which person has more reliable abilities that can kill the other guy faster" type of thing. How would you even counter rogue bombers jumping on your backline? Given that building against melee evasion is no longer a thing. These are questions that would need to be answered

In order to remove evasion and endurance the whole stat system would need an overhaul i assume, and finding one that works on both large and medium scale is very hard to pull off.

Safe a loser with blue gear and 2 purple is crying here, buhuhu we are losers and can't kill players who have better gear... boohoo evasion so OP. THE REASON IS NOT EVASION THE REASON IS YOU GUYS

i agree, i think there is something wrong with Hit vs Evasion.
I have 1,440 hit chance with GS and have the skill specialization to increase my stunning blow hit chance by 30% and i'm attacking a SNS Wand user who has 825 melee evasion but i'm missing about 75% of my stunning blow hits. i have tested this over and over and get the same result of about 75% miss roughly.
isn't hit vs evasion supposed to be if you have more hit then the enemy's evasion you shouldn't miss?
if i'm wrong please explain the % chance to hit vs miss to me in pvp
