Healing Wearables?

Are there any accessories or armour that provides periodic healing? Or anything that can change a Crossbow skill to provide healing? Thank you!

Yes. You cant be pflaying long if you havent seen a single healthregen stat on an item.

the closest you can get is health regen. I think some block skills can heal though depending on your 2nd weapon type. Otherwisse, heals are pretty much wand only with some weapons have heal regen effect like bow and greatsword. Theres some damage leeching skills like daggers has though.

Don't bother with health regen trait though, its nearly worthless. The number you see (15 per trait level) is for 10 seconds, so 1.5 health per second...and we have 8-16k hp

With the Rex Chimaerus’s Crossbows you have a 25% chance to attack with your offhand. Landing a successful attack with your offhand grants 69 health regen and it cycles every 30 seconds. this works very well with the Annihilation Barrage Shot skill in a large group of enemies
