Random restarts while on T&L
x760e asus/7800x3d/g.skill cl30 6000/3080/1x2 wd 1tb nvme/850w Psu.

Sometimes I can go about an hour and sometimes only 20 mins but the game literally makes the computer restart almost into a fail safe. No bsod. Computer acts as someone just hit the reset button on you. It was not untill I think around october 8th or 9th is when it started happening and If I remember correctly there was a game update AND windows that same day.

Using hwinfo64 my temps on gpu never go above 65 and the cpu never foes above 80.
Ive spent days trying out various things to make sure that my computer was not to blame.

Prim95 over night with zero thermal issues and zero errors. Furmark, timespy, you name it I have ran it with no issues and no warnings and the computer is stable.
Ram passed both windows memory diag and memtest86

Any other game can be ran/left on for hours with no issues.

What I have tried : Fresh install of windows |
: Format drives x switch them in slots.
: Running steam/game as admin
: Lowering graphics/Direct x 11 instead of 12.
: Disabling Expo and running my ram timing/speed manually
: Disabling my PBO and curve optimizer
: Updating all drivers

I have seen a few posts on the steam thread here but with no insight to what it is. Posting this in hopes a new thread will spark the attention of someone who has had the issue happen and fixed or someone who knows how to fix.

hi bro, yo can solve he problem finally?? im with the same problem, fresh windows, a lot of benchmarks, a lot of configurations on windows and bios, drivers updated, bios updated, tray taking of memorys in diferent slots, and tray with another psu and the problem still there. some times take 1 day to shut down, some times 5 mins, a lot of times the problem comes when im searching a party for a dungeon, and other times only walking alone on a random place. this is making me crazzy

Hey man , I really dont know what solved it as I have honestly just left the game alone.

I noticed the game was randomly spiking some cores in temperature and was nearly hitting the threshold of my shutdown temps.

With my AIO being about 4 years old I decided to grab a new one on sale and The past few times I played it I have been OK.

BUT about 45 mins in the game seems to hitch and tank heavy but it dont shut down anymore. I have just come to terms that someone or something does not want me playing MMO's lmao

Its not always the case , but u can check event viewer and see what the error is , its likely a broken PSU if it isnt this.
