possible bug with the guild reputation system?

as the title says, im unsure wheter this is a bug or intended, eitherway im getting shafted. in the last 3 days i lost over 4k guild reputition even though i played consistently (helped with guildcontracts, did normal story/side missions, events and much more.). one day i lose 1k, the next i lose 800, the next 500 and lastly, today i lost a full 2k(all the while 1 guy was afk for like 3 days and lost only like 200 rep.) the system is either buggy as hell, or extremely unrewarding. anyone else got some storys about that?

Same here, increased reputation yesterday (+1700) and today I have 1950 less!! I'm the guild leader btw, other members do not have this problem.

i have lost 23k reputation in 3days .. i'm at 35k rep this is a bit frustrating

They apparently stealth nerfed guild rep gain seems to be what people are saying and since it works on a rolling 7 day timer you will see your rep fall every day for a week.

If this is the case it should be reduced at all members but this is not the case. Have to check the values again but if stealth nerf is the case it would be really frustating.

The RECENT guild reputation metric shows your rep from the last 7 days. So every day, the first day day of that period is changing, and if you've had a period of higher activity than today and the time comes when that period doesn't fit in your "last 7 days", you will naturally have lower recent guild rep.

but why isnt it nerfing the rep of afks too? as mentioned above, one guy in our guild was afk for 2-3 days straight and i THINK he lost no rep at all (i said he lost 200 in my post but now im pretty sure i was wrong about him loosing any at all.)
