Error(1013)

My game keeps on crashing after it's been launched for 10 mins, it says that i've been disconnected from the server then it sends me to the main menu, from there it my crashes with the error code 1013.
I've tried deleting the game going to files, deleting the TL and EasyAntiCheat folder but i don't have the NCSOFT folder.
I believe i've tried everything, can anyone help? please and thank you!

I open my nvidia app and set the settings back to med instead of epic. Works for me.
