So i can't get Longbow of the Resistance until im high lvl?

I am lvl 14 and my guide says i should take it for leveling but i can't craft it coze i need so much mats that drops mostly from high lvl enemy?

You can grind 1500 contract coins with contracts and then use them to buy the Longbow. However, it would be wiser to level a blue longbow to +9 first and then transfer it to the purple longbow. The easiest way to get the blue longbow is via guild tokens (e.g. donating money to the guild or completing guild quests) or via the lithograph.

I have green hunter longbow lvl2 with hit chance. It would be waste of mats if i upgrade this? Or rush lvl40 and buy bow on AH?

You could but it's another trap to have you waste materials and lure you to the cash shop.
If you buy it from contracts then it will most likely come with a bad trait and will cost you even more materials to fix.
Best is to open your wallet and buy a good bow from arch boss or just wait till you might get lucky in a guild boss.
Ultimately epic stuff is only for Lucent spenders.
You will find yourself short on materials to up grade epics all the time since they limited the options to get them in game unless you spend Lucent.

Rly you can do that? I see only cosmetic for weapons. Currently im without guild and im not looking for one. Can't bow drop from normal or mini boss monster?

You unlock the auction house at level 40. You can waste money and be fully built. It's P2W for a reason.

The best weapons come with a special extra trait and best armor with set bonus.
Those resistance gears are the lowest tier in the epic tier class and best used to upgrade traits.
If you plan on not spending upgrade nothing purple until you find something worth upgrading.
