Same.. seems like a part the fishing code is trying to access memory it doesnt have access to/is already in use, causing easy anti cheat to think you're using CE

it's not that the devs don't care, it's that they cannot fix easy anticheat because it is not their anticheat, it's widely known as the most god awful anticheat which barely even does what it is supposed to and has many issues.
the same thing happens in elden ring because they also use it.
so before you immediately target the devs of the game without any basis to do so, maybe do some research

Well the devs are those that implemented an external tool of dubious reputation instead of either implenting their own system or at least choosing a better anti-cheat tool. So albeit it is not "right" to target them for the flaws of the tool, it is still them that failed to deliver a proper tool and instead opted out to use a tool that is well known for causing more troubles to the gamers than actually preventing cheating...

I got kicked by it 1 time while gathering material and someone here in discussions posted to launch 'EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe' 1 time in TL's folder and i never got kicked by it since.

i got kicked while doing that fishing quest by easy anti cheat. I also got kicked yet again today by easy anti cheat for afking in moonlight while I was checking on my ribs in the smoker. game crashed so sent a report went to log back in said I was kicked by easy anti cheat. they need to remove this DRM bs. it just adds insult to injury by how poorly done this game all around is imo.

No legit player knows what CE is or what you're talking about. You're a cheater.
