Good old times LOL
In a bid to induce gamers to purchase games or in-game treasures, video game developers have historically employed the language of “a high likelihood of winning” to reel in gamers. Yet this has led to consumer disputes. For example, a famous Taiwanese live streamer, DinTer, recently accused Gamania Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. (“Gamania”) of making the Purple Cloth treasure in its game, Lineage M, harder to attain than was promoted. Ultimately, Gamania was fined NTD 2,000,000 by the Fair Trade Commission (the “FTC”) for false advertising.
Exactly the same happened, he won the case and i will to if i can get enough data.
Jokes aside, worst case you're baiting, best case you require tin foil.

Exactly the same as in this case.
And i do have a sample size of 30 with only purple capes as drops that already proves the false advertisement.
Shocking tho how you people have no problem getting lied to in a game with real money involved.
Ofc the gear I got isnt full traited but atleast I got all the items I wanted lol.
Guess some people have more luck than others but it defenetly feels like u have a weekly "max loot luck" lmao
Drop rate is a VERY vague term that can be explained away, even if it was favouring whales that drop rate as a total still exists. To give you some other examples of fudged drop rates..
GTA gambling at the casino win rate is over the course of 'X' amount of money spent....like averaging 1.5x payout at 100000 spent.
Warframe drop % is based on a server side loot generator, so while something may have a 20% generation rate(drop rate) it a lot easier to fall through the gaps and get nothing.
