Cant Transfer level of bow

I earned Toublek’s bow today and I leveled up to 7 level and add 2 traits.

My problem:
I want to transfer level of my blue old bow (lvl 9, full traits) to toublek’s bow (7 lvl, 2 traits) but I cant see the Toublek’s bow on right if Iam in tab Transfer.
I have both bows in inventory and I dont wear them on all character 3 builds. Items are unlocked.

I can see other items that I can transfer with no problem.

you have to transfer it while the new gear piece is still unupgraded

You mean before adding the second trait?

Try unequiping the bow from other loadouts.

I think you can't transfer again if you have transfered before. So if you didn't upgrade it to 7level by using upg mats and instead you used transfer once, you can't transfer again. I believe you can still transfer if you upgraded your weapon with mats, you only have one chance of transfering though.

check the item u want to use as material the icons at the bottom of weapon window. the far right icon, that should tell u if the item is or is not apply to use for transfer

im having same issue i havent transfered anything and got it to level 7 and want to upgrade and it will not let me ive tried traited and untraited items same results wtf

Same problem here. Haven't used the transfer yet but after getting the item to level 7 i could not transfer my blue lvl 9 item onto it. Could it be a bug?

You need to lvl epic to 7.3 before adding the blue because at just 7 the epic will be still not fully upgraded.

you need to reach lvl 7 and half the bar to lvl 8 (so lvl 7.5)

You can only transfer xp IN or OUT from an item ONCE.

For example, transfer green XP to a blue item, you will never transfer the blue XP to a purple.

I just learned this the hard way also. Very annoying it is not more clear. There is an icon in the lower right of each item saying whether it can transfer once or not.
