Game not launching.

Yesterday i went downstair for few hours and left TL open on my PC (Before the 1.3.0 Update)
and after that my pc was freezing.

Decided to restart and TL is not launching since that moment, i have no issues with any other game i have on my PC but when i launch TL, Steam says im executing the game but the first screen (The one with the whale) never shows up and the PC starts freezing more and more until Windows stops working.}

Tryed reisntalling, clearing cache, veryfied game integrity, launched as admin.
No solution, and just read some people are having this issue too.

same issue nothing has worked, ive tried the following:
-updating gpu drivers
-verifying integrity of files,
-reinstalling game
-running executables as admin
-resetting nvidia global settings to default
-running with dx11 flag
-running with firewall off

I've got the same issue also. Just updated my game today and can't launch the game.

Should we disable "msseces.exe" without risk ? It's not normal all these problems and largely because of the completely dangerous EAC program ... We have to mess everything up to try to launch the game !

Add the start_protected_game file to exceptions under Windows Security

No I even disabled my antivirus protection and still the same error:
