The riftstones PVP event schedule sucks!!!!!!

Why does the fight over the riftstones happen on Mondays and Thursdays at 4:00 p.m.???? Who the hell came up with this? Most of the people in this game work or study and that schedule totally sucks and especially since it is a main event, it should be moved 2 or 3 hours later to NA East and Latin America primetime
