The guild diplomacy it's a fraud.
But they should definitely start with removing the restrictions.
It's the dumbest thing ever.. if they worried we finish the content to soon how about they just add a hard mode of the same dungeon with a new copy paste set with a diff color rofl.

You also need like 30 tokens to farm a single mob in those open world dungeons :/ one of those contracts you can drop is literally 1.5mobs worth of tokens and if you're lucky you can farm 1 each 2 hours
Instead of preventing grinding, why don't they reduce the chance of item drops and free the player? Shouldn't the player who puts more time and effort into the game be rewarded? Isn't grinding an essential element of every MMO? To obtain recharge tokens, you need to do an allied contract or resistance contract. But as I said, it is limited :) Apart from that, there is a chance of dropping an allied contract when killing mobs or opening a pouch. If you reset 20000 tokens, it is impossible to refill them. You need to save tokens for days without killing mobs.
There is a CC removal stone you can farm, which might take a day or two.
There is other stuff and stats for PVP you can reduce stuns etc.
And take guild mates with you that buff, weak the enemy and stun them.
No one is running around like a chicken hoping to "win"..you gotta work as a team.
You can try to do it solo, but you're not the main hero here..stop having those delusions of "if i can't do it solo it sucks"
There are literally guides for pvp and how to play as mage, i have a lot of kills..as a solo staff - wand guy..
Also we have arena plays, try them out first before you go into conflict zones to practice and read your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ skills for once.
Also they usually always make a hard mode dungeon with exactly the same mobs and set with slightly diff stats.

You get 500 from daily quests. 3120-5000 from Amito house. 3 dungeons per day 1500 Points.
And a few other ones like quests etc. battle pass.
Depending on where you are you can get around
7000-12000 Abyss token each day. I farm those dungeons outside daily..
You also got weekly quests and can find and craft them, you can literally if you would go hardcore, have 20k Abyss tokens EACH DAY. Not even joking..
Contracts drop outside in the world, there are even strategies of how to farm them..
You are saying "ugh it takes so many days" No, people literally get 20k per day if they want to..or at least 10k+ per day with not much effort.
3 x Dungeons take 1hour if you got a good guild team or friends..and i still have a lot of blue items.
Daily takes 5minutes..especially canina village.
Amito you can send 8 hours everytime or 1hour if you are gaming for more salt.
Contracts can be done with a group you can do 5 at the same time, so craft those you can stack..ffs..
Dude, I'm a dps healer using Staff/Wand with 3000 CP. CC stone has a cooldown but you didn't mention it. It is not an item that you can constantly press and use. I guess you've never encountered a Zerg group working as a team? All elite guilds play only Zerg. As I mentioned above, there is such a thing as cc staking. You have no chance against a team that can stun you repeatedly, but you can only fight against low-CP guys in the back, which I guess is all you can do. Also these guys don't spend any effort because they use macros and scripts. No need skill or brain.
What you said is something I do routinely every day, but either the math is a little wrong or I'm missing something. I can earn between 3-4k per day, which I spend in the open dungeon on the same day.
Same about 4-5k with finding contracts in open world
