Lithograph book accident

I have been farming the blue greatsword drops to submit to the lithograph book for my first purple, the heroic greatsword of the resistance. I finally got the last drop from farming the living foot soldiers, and submitted it, but it lagged so i clicked submit again. and it submitted both the blue and the purple sword to the book towards some stupid mats. Sent in a ticket and hopefully they can do something. Haven't seen anyone else say they've ever accidently submitted something. So idk what they'll do if anything at all. All i know is I just spent like 50 hours trying to get something just for it to get donated to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lithograph book. Straight feel like uninstalling and giving up lol. Anyone know if they have a thing like wow where they can just put it back in your inventory?

I feel ya, i donated two on my lvl 9 blue pieces, not as bad, bud still sucked. The games entire gearing system sucks, I have wasted so much time and material trying to figure it out, even with youtube guide it is still a cluster ****.

It's NCSoft and AGS. I'm sure they do...It's probably on the 5th page of the game's store page and costs $99.99 US to buy it.

I understand you're not at that level yet so you wouldn't know, but some of those items you gotta grind specific mobs to get them to drop a specific blue. So yeah when you spend a week straight of farming and rng doesn't bless you, you get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over.
