How do I request the Guild Leader Appointment?

My guild leader hasn't logged in for over seven days and, despite the game saying it's possible, I can't find the option to request leadership for myself. I'm alone in the guild with 6 other people who don't log in anymore and I'd like to take advantage of the guild's current level and be able to get my world boss drops that are stuck in the bank.

Similar situation, my best guess is the feature was just implemented and it will have to be 7 days from the update as I see no option to request leader myself.
