Far away from Lineage 3 - What i was expecting
Races:
Human – Balanced race, adaptable to both physical combat and magic.
Elf – Agile and fast, excelling in archery and nature-based magic.
Dark Elf – Focused on dark magic and high physical attack, but with lower defense.
Orc – Known for brute strength and resilience, specializing in close combat.
Dwarf – Experts in crafting and gathering, with strong physical abilities.
Races were part of the game that I can't ignore in this timeline game. I had a character of each race, and it was fun.

What I would do in TL, because a lot was changed, is make sure each
race has some special abilities and stats specific to their race.

Weapons:
Swords – Balanced melee weapons for close combat.
Two-Handed Swords – Heavy weapons with high damage but slower attack speed.
Daggers – Lightweight, fast weapons ideal for quick strikes and critical hits.
Bows – Ranged weapons for long-distance physical attacks.
Spears – Melee weapons with wide attack range, useful for crowd control.
Dual Swords – Paired swords with high attack speed and damage output.
Maces – Blunt weapons with strong physical power, often used by tank classes.
Staves (Staffs) – Magic weapons for casting spells and enhancing magical abilities.
Fists (Knuckles) – Fast melee weapons used by close-combat specialists.
Crossbows – Ranged weapons for physical damage with faster reload compared to bows.
This would be harder because it's weapon-based classes, but not impossible.

What's Missing:
Now, what is missing and is very important: you won’t stop bots from botting, but you removed an important aspect of the game –
in-game trading and sitting shops
(when you put items on sale and sit down).

There is a bunch of stuff that was really good but has now been removed.

Even D&D did away with their racial stat bonuses because it leads to players feeling like they picked a trap option. An Orc Archer will always be inferior to an Elf bowman. Races suck.

Some weapons don't exist due to redundancy. You don't need them. Other weapons exist that service the role and ultimately you're just getting flavor. That's why there's no Axe, in-game or in your list. It doesn't add anything to the game but slightly different abilities and no role difference. Every weapon in game currently has a unique role.

In-game trading promotes people leaving their PCs on all night, a major turn off for many, creates massive lag in towns and full server queues, and serves only to encourage bot farmers more by giving gold value. The auction house centralizes things and you don't even have to go anywhere specific to view it, giving easy access to the pay to win features.

I'm pointing out the obvious problems—why it gets boring after 80 hours. We want more PvE mixed with PvP and trading, not just constant PvP.

PvE is good, but the current auction house is dull, and there’s not enough variety in gameplay like trading or making in-game money.

Obviously not as you didn't mention PVE or PVP at all. You seem to be saying that the obvious problems the game has are a lack of character customization options. None of this is feedback or even criticism, it's just a wishlist of how you would design the game, and apparently it's by copying an existing game you already like instead of playing that one.

Yeah, I think they should add more races (for flavor if nothing else) and actual skill trees for weapons to allow for several builds per weapon. Ranged weapons should have more distance. It should have also been action combat as the tab target is not only dated but buggy as well (I often target an enemy that's further away or right beside me as opposed to the one I'm actually facing). The combat is also rather slow and clunky. I also hate the fact that even if you hit the boss first (open world), if someone out damages you, you get nothing...
