Can anyone who is really an expert with Bow/Dagger post his best setup or maybe a builder that shows his BiS variation.............

The way he made that build was a strong base of very obtainable items. It’s up to you to tailor it properly with world boss drops if you can get them.

I’ll go into more detail his build actually is pretty good I’m using it myself but will replace some of the pieces when I can with world boss stuff. Also to fully trait world boss loot is either really expensive or very time consuming with a ♥♥♥♥ ton of luck involved.

Also his rotation is really good although I have tweaked it a bit for PVE and PVP to meet what I would like the build to do.

None of the epic cloaks currently in the game substantially affect DPS. I think he chose Ancient Tapestry since the evasion it gives is actually significant compared to what little offensive stats you gain from other cloaks, so you'll be better off with it if you plan to only dip into some PVP. Anyway you can use Supreme Devotion instead, the crit and cd reduction it gives aren't anything to write home about, but it's cheap and you don't really have much choice other than staying with Rares.
