How to get blue lithographs

So i am level 40 but i still cannot find a single not even so much as one blue lithograph Im capable of weilding blue but these lithograph systems suck

You cant get them yet cause they seem to be purposely not fixing the missing stuff bug.

They removed it to stall players more because of lack of content.

The idea is to farm Abyssals for your Blue.... which you do anyways. The locked Ink is to push for Lucent sales.

I'm 2699 and 2413 with around 11k Lucent as F2P. I can understand if you are competitive but this game is the most friendly f2p game I've played.

Also most of my gear are still blues, most are from Abyssals.

Unless you we're lucky to get a drop from worldboss you bought lucent with real cash.

I don't trust anyone who says he has over 10k lucent as f2p that easily.

Yes, I did. But I make around 200-500 lucent with NA pricing just for dungeon/abyssal runs, not including world boss, crafting, or lithograph event crafting.

Just waiting for the prices to calm down before I build to 3k.

If i recall he said in another topic that he stole items from his guild to sell it himself for lucent. So you're not wrong. But since those players all look alike maybe it's another one, who knows i'm not gonna verify it.
