[BUG] The Voice Behind the Mask
Had the last part of the quest where you need to interact with Hale Verpheus's letter bug out for me. There isn't anything to interact with: https://imgur.com/IHY2f3m

Any advice?

I've managed to read the letter by moving and lowering the camera angle and zooming in a bit so at the end it worked

I had the same issue - Amb1itionz fix worked for me, just zoom in with the camera a little and the letter appears!
