Amazon straight up steals

I bought lucent to get the in game passes. Amazon charged me double for both and refuse to refund me my lucent. It’s been since day two of early access and they refuse to refund me the lucent. If an issue like this happens, they look at your loss as their gain.

To be fair, lucent says it can't be "refunded/canceled/changed/gifted"

If they charged you a price that wasn't advertised (overcharged you) just dispute it with your financial institution of choice assuming you're from the usa, just provide your receipts showing it was in error and talk to your financial institution, though i wouldn't do that unless it's your only recourse.

It’s through steam so it would screw my steam account. I bought stuff through steam in game and Amazon won’t give me it.

If you bought something through steam and amazon overcharged you then why have you not contacted steam support about it? If you have receipts showing they overcharged you there is no world where steam won't help you.

Now if you purchased too much "accidentally" then that's on you and they're well within their rights to deny the refunds.
